Situation: Financial Services Company experiencing growth leading to structural change and re-alignment of senior level roles and responsibilities. Need to retain and develop talent during a period of change, as well as provide career coaching for long serving leaders who were challenged by the changes.
Coaching Support: A tailored coaching programme was provided for a small group of senior leaders over a six month period. Focus was on increasing self-awareness, taking ownership of career, identifying development needs, exploring options and developing a plan.
Outcome: Direct feedback from all involved showed a high degree of success in achieving company and individual goals. Created a platform for constructive talent management discussions with HR and board. Provided a proven methodology for ongoing and ad hoc requirements in the future.
