Background: Global Credit Insurers experiencing exponential growth leading to structural change and re-alignment of senior level roles and responsibilities. A requirement to retain and develop talent during a period of change, as well as provide career coaching for long serving leaders who were challenged by the changes.
Support: Working Transitions provided a tailored executive coaching programme for six senior leaders over a six-month period. Focus was on increasing self-awareness, taking ownership of career, identifying development needs, exploring options and developing a plan.
Outcome: Direct feedback from all involved showed that we were highly successful in achieving both the organisations and the individual’s goals. Created a platform for constructive talent management discussions with HR and board. Provided a proven source of support for ongoing and ad-hoc requirements in the future
