Account director

A highly experienced business professional who will work in partnership with you and the key stakeholders in your organisation to fully understand your needs and explore a wide range of options. Your Account Director takes full accountability for ensuring that you are delighted by the service you receive. Nothing less will do.

Relationship manager

Your Account Director is supported by a dedicated member of our in-house Relationship Management team who will ensure that the right people across your organisation receive contact from us at the best frequency and in the way that works for you. They will aim to anticipate your needs and make sure that you can always access all relevant services, as well as providing valuable market insights and updates.

Client services partner

Your dedicated Client Services Partner will ‘make it happen’ - setting up your account, ensuring that we meet your IT and MI reporting requirements, managing your project budget and ensuring you get value for money. They are the first point of contact for your HR team and will move rapidly to address unanticipated issues. They have the specialist expertise that makes a huge difference to a successful outcome.

Caroline Moore

Managing Director

Caroline joined Working Transitions in 2018 as Operations Director and quickly made great strides in the enhancement and improvement of service delivery. Now Managing Director, she combines vast experience with her passion to drive both growth and exceptional service. Caroline’s vision is for Working Transitions to become the go-to leading partner for organisations looking to achieve success via goal-oriented coaching . A Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, Caroline has over 25 years of commercial and operational experience in the Learning Services sector. She has previously held senior management roles at LMD, Video Arts, Reed Learning, CITI and TWM, where she had responsibility for business growth through organic and acquisition strategies.

Liz Littlejohn

Finance Manager

Liz is a qualified Certified Accountant who started her career within the Business Advisory team of a large accountancy firm. She has gained experience, from managing her own portfolio of clients, of businesses of all sizes and from a wide range of business sectors.

She moved into industry in 1998 and joined Working Transitions in July 2017 initially providing temporary Finance cover. She became a permanent member of the team in January 2019.

Liz manages the day to day accounting functions for the company and is part of the senior leadership team.

Clare Cowan

Commercial Director

Clare joined the Working Transitions team following a very successful 15 year career in the Financial Services industry. Her strategic and leadership experience from working in senior positions in both customer services and sales management for a large global organisation has given Clare a high level of commercial awareness and a real insight into how organisations manage their talent through periods of business change. This expertise has underpinned Clare’s proven track record of developing successful client relationships and delivering excellence in talent management and career transition through coaching and learning services.

Suzanne Weldon

Head of Resourcing

Suzanne has over 15 years’ experience within the Coaching, Learning and Outplacement sector, with roles focusing on career coaching, project, client and associate management. She oversees the Working Transitions Executive services, consultant coach accreditation and recruitment process, along with the close management of our network of nationwide coaches and consultants, ensuring consistent and excellent delivery to all stakeholders.

Katie Warnes

Head of Service Delivery

Katie joined Working Transitions in 2019, bringing with her over 19 years of project management and client services experience. Katie has worked across both public and private sector clients and has an exceptional record of building long-lasting and trusted client relationships. Katie has a clear understanding of the challenges and sensitivities that organisations and employees face during times of change and this is reflected in the project delivery that exceeds expectations.
