Our Individual outplacement programmes provide individuals with a highly tailored, personal, flexible service, potentially over an unknown time period.
Key elements include:
- Delivery of one to one, face to face coaching sessions plus other service support elements.
- All programmes are delivered on-site, at home or locally as appropriate and include unlimited support until settled plus for an additional 90 days in the new role.
- A pragmatic set of programmes for individual job seekers, delivered by a specialist career coach, designed to help individuals take control of their future.
