Background:  This major government department was faced with extensive, sustained change. Over 480 employees were impacted by potential job change or redundancy over a six month period.

Support: Many employees had been in continuous employment for 20-30 years and were based across a range of locations. Many had not experienced internal or external interviews in many years.
Working Transitions provided continuous and consistent support, this encompassed individual coaching, counselling and decision support. A seamless transfer into outplacement support was provided as required.
Working Transitions also delivered over 30 workshops, 200 individual coaching sessions, and additional unlimited access to remotely based coaches via telephone, Skype or Facetime.

Outcome: The comprehensive engagement strategy and flexible and varied method of delivery support resulted in resoundingly positive feedback and a high settlement rate.
