today announces that it launched Flourish, a low-cost programme for individuals that want support finding a job and getting back into employment.

Established in 1993, Working Transitions provides career development and transition expertise to over 1,000 corporate clients, including HSBC, Nationwide, the NHS and Swinton, as well as a number of SME’s, third sector employers and public sector organisations.

Through its work with corporate clients, it has helped over 500,000 individuals with successful career transition. Flourish has been launched to enable individuals to purchase and access a tailored version of the programme directly, should it not be available via their employer or as part of their redundancy package.

Flourish is a three-month programme, centred around helping individuals find new, fulfilling employment in the quickest time possible. It covers:

• PowerMyCareer – access to its market leading career portal There is a wealth of easy to navigate and powerful resources including job leads, video tips, interactive content and tools that greatly enhance effectiveness in achieving career objectives
• Virtual workshops – topics have been carefully curated to deliver maximum value to those experiencing career transition. Unlimited attendance and an opportunity to ask questions and benefit from peer group support
• Ongoing support – its friendly career support line provides advice, guidance and signposting.
