Working Transitions

Flexible outplacement support delivers successful outcomes

It's widely recognised that a fully flexible outplacement programme offers the best value and support for participants - after all, no two job seekers are the same. Circumstances, experience and aspirations vary from one participant to another. Although over 80% of our outplacement participants are looking for a new employed role, we also see a real appetite for self-employment, contracting, retirement and return to study.

During the current pandemic, offering flexibility – in terms of the support available and when it's taken – is more critical than ever before.

We're still here, supporting both new and existing clients who face the painful reality of making redundancies. Offering the right outplacement support programme can be a lifeline and a cost-effective way to give meaningful support. The emotional support we provide to those facing redundancy or career transition is, and always has been, one of our most in-demand services.

Our range of outplacement programmes allow participants to use an allocated number of support options to mix and match a carefully and mindfully curated suite of services to suit their circumstances.
