When - 30/11/2021

A free webinar hosted by the LPI and Working Transitions.

Tuesday 30th November - 1pm GMT

In the post-pandemic era, survival and success is likely to depend heavily on the quality of the people within your business. Organisations continue to compete to attract talent whilst working to retain their stars and develop their solid players.

The businesses that thrive will be those that understand that coaching is not just a ‘nice to have’, but an essential tool for achieving business goals. To maximise success, coaching should be made available across all levels of a company to empower employees to deal with the changing realities of their marketplace.

To truly create a culture where psychological safety and personal development are embedded is notoriously tricky due to a number of factors, including Identifying the right talent, maximising – and demonstrating – ROI, and cost.  Blending the human touch of 1:1 coaching together with artificial intelligence certainly makes coaching more scalable – but it has some surprising additional benefits too….

In this webinar we uncover:

  • how blended coaching can help you reach more of your people in a way that suits today’s way of working
  • how bias can prevent true diversity in your talent pool
  • why coaching ROI is so difficult to measure and how artificial intelligence can help you maximise return whilst delivering the metrics you need
