Working Transitions

The Ageing Workforce Breakfast

As a nation, we are getting older. By 2030, the number of people in the UK aged 65 and over will have increased by 50 per cent. With one in four people in the UK workforce now aged over 50 and with birth rates declining, there is a pressing need for leaders and organisations to decide how they will successfully manage an ageing workforce.

This unique breakfast seminar draws on expertise from leading employment lawyers Mills & Reeve and change and transition Specialists Working Transitions.  Including an interactive round table session on the barriers to supporting an ageing workforce, as well as the all important employers perspective from an organisation that has successfully introduced supporting measures, this event provides the ideal opportunity to network with like minded individuals, find out what others are doing and get insight and perspective to enable your organisation to support older workers.
