Operations Support Manager

Location - Flexible. Head Office - Northampton

This varied and dynamic job role is designed for an individual with specific experience of working in 1st line IT & Systems support which includes CRM Dynamics and Sharepoint. 

This role requires an individual with sound understanding of how relational databases work. The person taking this role needs to have excellent troubleshooting skills along with the ability to be more than just a competent CRM Dynamics user, they need to understand how the system hangs together and actively administer the system and help with the evolving funtionality. 

We require innovation in business process engineering along with the ability to be hands-on in supporting IT and systems governance.
