A highly experienced business professional who will work in partnership with you and the key stakeholders in your organisation to fully understand your needs and explore a wide range of options. Your Account Director takes full accountability for ensuring that you are delighted by the service you receive. Nothing less will do.

relationship manager

Your Account Director is supported by a dedicated member of our in-house Relationship Management team who will ensure that the right people across your organisation receive contact from us at the best frequency and in the way that works for you. They will aim to anticipate your needs and make sure that you can always access all relevant services, as well as providing valuable market insights and updates.

Your dedicated Client Services Partner will ‘make it happen’ - setting up your account, ensuring that we meet your IT and MI reporting requirements, managing your project budget and ensuring you get value for money. They are the first point of contact for your HR team and will move rapidly to address unanticipated issues. They have the specialist expertise that makes a huge difference to a successful outcome.

Lynne joined Working Transitions in April 2013 to lead the next phase of the company’s growth. Prior to this Lynne worked in the recruitment sector where she held board positions in two leading global organisations, leading large and small teams to build high growth specialist businesses in new and established markets. Lynne is also a member of the global board of Career Partners International where she represents a portfolio of EMEA businesses.

Lynne’s leadership experience in global organisations, combined with her track record of delivering growth and innovation in large and start up business teams across the human capital services sector, gives her unique insights into the challenges faced by our clients and programme participants. She understands the commercial imperatives that drive organisational people decisions, whilst retaining her focus on the people perspective and human touch that is so critical to success during change. She provides the leadership expertise that ensures we continue to develop tailored, cost-effective solutions that deliver results for our clients. 

Lynne is also a respected public speaker and commentator and she regularly shares her specialist knowledge and perspective with a wide range of media, business groups and client forums both in the UK and internationally.

caroline moore

Operations Director

Caroline joined Working Transitions in 2018 to lead the operational side of the business and to enhance and improve the delivery of services.

Prior to this, Caroline worked in Learning and Development for more than 20 years, leading teams to design, develop and deliver products and services to global clients. Caroline is instrumental in the ongoing and continuous development of our learning & development solutions and works closely with our instructional designers to ensure that quality and client experience is the very best it can be.

Caroline is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute.

Commercial Director

Ali joined Working Transitions in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience of supporting organisations and their people through change.  Having held a variety of senior roles with a number of leading outplacement and coaching organisations over the past 15 years, Ali has a deep understanding of the challenges and sensitivities that organisations face when embarking on organisational change.  This experience, coupled with integrity and a consultative style, enables Ali to develop open, trusting and long-standing relationships with her clients.  

Ali is passionate about what we do and is a perfectionist, always striving to ensure we deliver the greatest results for our clients.  As Commercial Director, Ali has overall responsibility for our client relationships, as well as managing her own client portfolio which spans both the public and private sector.

Marketing & Communications Director

With a background in Sales, Marketing and Account Management across a range of sectors, Zoe has experience across the full sales cycles and a keen focus on the customer experience.

Zoe is responsible for all aspects of Marketing at Working Transitions and ensures that our client communications are as effective as they can be. Zoe holds responsibility for the engagement of participants and works closely with both internal teams and our clients to ensure that they have the most impactful tools and resources available to effectively embed our services across their organisation.

liz littlejohn

Finance Manager

Liz is a qualified Certified Accountant who started her career within the Business Advisory team of a large accountancy firm. She has gained experience, from managing her own portfolio of clients, of businesses of all sizes and from a wide range of business sectors.

She moved into industry in 1998 and joined Working Transitions in July 2017 initially providing temporary Finance cover. She became a permanent member of the team in January 2019.

Liz manages the day to day accounting functions for the company and is part of the senior leadership team.
