Transformational Coaching And Changing Behaviours

Businesses don’t change. Employees change the business.

Working Transitions does one thing exceptionally well; we help employees change their behaviours to create and sustain the workplace environment needed to achieve business goals at all levels within the company.
We unlock the potential in each employee through a transformational coaching journey by focussing on self-awareness, alignment and implementation strategies. We identify a profound purpose for behavioural change, one that helps a leader, manager, supervisor or any employee, connect with the reason for change and the benefits this brings to them and to you. With their coach, employees will go beyond the surface to explore behaviours in the workplace that may be standing in the way of them performing at their very best. We provide practical tools and tips for support and help employees identify and connect with their strengths. We help them face challenges with confidence and clarity and develop a clear connection between their role and its broader importance. And we support them so they experience a hearts and minds shift; the only catalyst for real behaviour change.

We have been coaching employees at all levels across many sectors for 30 years, we are passionate about developing employees to be the best they can be so that your business goals, values and culture are secured and organisational change leads to continued success.
