Human Value Proposition - Work As A Subset Of Life - Webinar Recording

The pandemic has impacted employees across multiple levels – altering priorities and bringing into sharp focus expectations

for both career fulfilment and the psychological contract between employer and employee.

A recent report from Gartner identifies how the pandemic has changed the relationship between people and their work, and highlights why the employee value proposition (EVP) must evolve to reflect these changes.

The research suggests that to thrive in the post-pandemic world – and to attract and retain the talent so crucial to organisational success - employers must deliver a more human deal, reflect on their approach and evolve their EVP, shifting the focus from ‘what’ they give employees, to ‘why’.

During this series we will explore three key themes that employers should focus on to create EVP relevant to the workforce of today and the future:

  • People not Workers
  • Work as a subset of life
  • Why we should value feelings not features

Part 2 – Work as a subset of life

Part 2 of our interactive virtual forum series ‘The Human Value Proposition’ covered:

  • As an organisation, how do you ensure fairness for all while enabling managers to understand employees and allow people to feel like they’re individuals?
  • How to ensure you’re striking the right balance and reducing risk in your approach to future flexibility
  • Supporting key life events for positive benefits both in and out of the workplace
