Working Transitions, specialists in workplace coaching, today announces that it has appointed Caroline Moore as its Managing Director.

Caroline has been with Working Transitions for over three years and has been promoted to the role from Operations Director, where she led the enhancement and improvement of service delivery.

Caroline now leads an all-female leadership team at Working Transitions. She is responsible for driving the growth of Working Transitions, with a view to the company becoming the go-to leading partner for organisations looking to achieve success via goal-oriented coaching designed to remove the barriers to personal and commercial success whilst enhancing workplace culture and value proposition.

Established in 1993, Working Transitions provides coaching expertise to over 1,000 corporate clients, including HSBC, Nationwide, the NHS, Swinton and Volkswagen. Through its work with corporate clients, it has helped 750,000 individuals through onboarding, development, career change and transition.

Caroline brings a wealth of experience to the role. She has over 25 years of commercial and operational experience in driving business forward in the Learning Services sector. She has previously held senior management roles at LMD, Video Arts, Reed Learning, CITI and TWM, where she had responsibility for business growth through organic and acquisition strategies.
